About:
Church on Trial - "The Battle Continues" exposes the battle lines of eternity. We see the challenges of families dealing with life changing tragedies, youth making critical decisions that may mean the difference between life and death, and a Pastor and his church struggling to make a significant impact on the community. The backdrop of these compelling characters provides a glimpse into the inner workings of darkness as the arch nemesis of the Church and the Body of Christ dispenses his most persuasive and intimidating agents to deal the final blow.
Their assignment is to track, engage, and destroy their targets, but there is a greater force at work. God has infused a select few to take a stand and step out on faith – to take the battle to the enemy. The question remains, "When the battle cry is delivered, who is willing and ready to respond?"
Dr. Frederick & Mrs. Jamie Gaines, leaders of the WorDrama Department, direct the dramatic musical. The talented writing team is headed by experienced playwright Douglas Mackbee. The production is under the skillful musical direction of Eric Claybon and Carl Fortier. Church on Trial – "The Battle Continues" features a stellar cast and crew of experienced and novice actors, writers, and musicians. This presentation will keep you on the edge of your seat.
